Support includes order verification, replacement download access, corrupted-file assistance and reasonable clarification of product documentation. Custom implementation, consulting and managed services are not included with digital product purchases.
Payment questions
English editions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, or the Amazon Kindle store, each acting as Merchant of Record for the orders it takes; Korean editions are sold through Latpeed. Your receipt comes from whichever platform processed the order and carries the order reference needed for support. Listed prices are before tax — VAT or sales tax for your country is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
