Included at launch

Everything in this list already works in the tools today and switches on when you sign in with Pro:

• Bigger batches, longer files and more pages in every tool with a limit. The exact numbers for each tool are in the table above, and on each tool's own page. Video and photo tools keep the same size per file, because each file is processed in your browser's memory.
• One-click ZIP download of all your results in the image resizer, image converter, PDF to JPG, merge and split PDF, video to MP3, MOV to MP4, the video trimmer and video to GIF.
• Saved presets: save your settings under a name and load them in one click, in those five tools, the QR code generator and the barcode generator (in the photo collage maker, as saved templates).
• Custom output file names in the five batch tools, with a pattern such as {name}-{n} or {date}-{name}. Where it fits you can also use the size ({w} and {h}), the page number ({page}) or the page range ({range}).
• QR code generator: put your logo in the center (error correction stays at the highest level so the code still scans), and make many QR codes at once from a pasted or uploaded CSV list, each named from a column, in one ZIP.
• Image resizer: add a text or logo watermark to every image in the batch, with the position, size and opacity you choose.
• Image converter: remove photo metadata (GPS location, camera, dates, notes) from every image, and see for each file what was removed.
• Video to MP3: write the title, artist, album, year and a cover image (ID3 tags) into every MP3 you extract.
• PDF tools: add page numbers (position, format such as Page 1 of 12, and the first number) in organize PDF and in merge and split PDF, and work on many PDFs at once in compress PDF and organize PDF, with ZIP download, saved presets and your own file names. Page thumbnails to reorder, rotate and delete pages stay free for everyone.
• Document converters (PDF to Word, Word to PDF, PDF to Excel, Excel to PDF): convert many files at once instead of one, with more pages per file, download them all as one ZIP, save your settings as presets, and choose your own file names. Reading scanned PDFs with OCR and the PDF to Excel preview, where you fix the columns before downloading, are free for everyone.
• Image to text (OCR): read bigger batches of images and scanned PDFs with more PDF pages per run, download all the text as one ZIP of .txt files, save your languages and layout as presets, and choose your own file names.
• Background remover: cut out bigger batches of photos, download them all as one ZIP, save your background, framing and file type as presets, and choose your own file names. Every cutout option, including the product photo preset, stays free.
• Speech to text: transcribe longer recordings and several files at once, download every transcript (text, SRT or VTT) as one ZIP, save your language and format as presets, and choose your own file names.
• Subtitle maker: make subtitles for longer videos, burn them into longer videos, work on several videos at once with one ZIP of every MP4 and SRT, and save your subtitle styles as presets. Making, editing and downloading SRT and VTT files stays free.
• Image upscaler: upscale bigger batches, download them all as one ZIP, save your settings as presets, and choose your own file names.
• YouTube thumbnail maker: design A/B variants of a thumbnail, compare them side by side in a mock feed, download them all as one ZIP, and save your layouts, fonts and colors as reusable designs. Making and downloading a single thumbnail stays free.
• Barcode generator: make many barcodes at once from a pasted or uploaded CSV list, as one ZIP of PNG or SVG files named from a column, or as a printable label sheet PDF with a different barcode (and a product line) on every label. Single barcodes and full sheets of one barcode stay free.
• Photo collage maker: save your layouts, shapes, spacing, colors and caption style as reusable templates. Every layout and export size, including print size, stays free.
• Invoice generator: save your business details and logo so they fill in automatically, keep a list of clients, number invoices automatically, and export every invoice you issue as a CSV list for your bookkeeping. Making and downloading invoices stays free.
• Playbooks, with the yearly plans (Pro and Pro+): download every playbook we publish, in PDF and EPUB, from your account page. Today that is Stop Typing, Start Asking; new playbooks are added as they come out.
• Calculators (Etsy fees, KDP royalties, YouTube money, creator platform fees): save scenarios under a name, compare two side by side, and export them all as a CSV file.

Coming to Pro

This is planned for Pro and will arrive after launch:

• Early access to new tools before they open to everyone.

Like the free tools, everything in Pro runs in your browser and your files are never uploaded. Only the Pro+ server tools send a file to our server, and only when you switch them on.

How billing works

You pay through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. The weekly plan renews every week, the monthly plan every month and the yearly plan every year. You can switch plans, update your card or cancel at any time from the Manage billing button on your account page. If you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
