Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of electronic files (PDF reports, source code zip files, video templates), ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable once files are accessed or downloaded.
1. Nature of Digital Products
All products offered on Avalon OS Store (including AvalonQuant Reports, Multi-Agent Starter Kits, and AI Automation Templates) are intangible digital goods. Upon completion of payment, immediate access or download links are generated.
2. No-Refund Policy After Access/Download
Because digital content can be easily saved or copied upon access, we strictly adhere to a No-Refund Policy once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded by the customer.
3. Exceptions for Refund
Refunds may only be granted in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: Accidentally purchasing the exact same product twice within 24 hours.
- Technical Failure: The digital file is corrupted or unreadable, and our technical support team is unable to fix or deliver a valid file within 7 business days.
