Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Avalon Company OS website and its downloadable digital products. The site operator and product publisher is Avalon Company OS, an independent digital product business based in the Republic of Korea (“Avalon”, “we”, “us”).

1. Digital products

We sell original downloadable guides, templates and source-code assets. Product pages describe the included files, requirements, license and support scope. We do not sell physical goods, consulting services, investment management or access to private communities through this store.

2. Orders and payment

Checkout, tax collection and payment processing are handled by the platform you buy through, not by Avalon directly. English editions are sold through Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, each acting as Merchant of Record for that order. Korean-language editions are sold through Latpeed, which processes the payment and issues its own order confirmation; Latpeed may require phone verification before showing payment methods. Whichever platform you use, the checkout page displays the final price, applicable tax and payment terms before an order is submitted, and that platform's receipt is your proof of purchase.

3. Delivery

Digital files are delivered electronically through the download link provided in the order receipt, which is sent by the platform that processed the order (Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad or Latpeed) rather than by Avalon. Customers are responsible for using a valid email address and keeping downloaded files secure.

4. License

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the files for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use. Resale, public redistribution, sublicensing and sharing source files with unlicensed third parties are prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use a product to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, misrepresent authorship or create a directly competing resale package.

6. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Screenshots and examples are illustrative. Results depend on the purchaser’s tools and implementation; we do not guarantee revenue, performance or business outcomes.

7. Support and refunds

Product support covers file access and reasonable clarification of included documentation. It does not include customization or implementation. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Avalon retains ownership of the products, website content, trademarks and source materials except for third-party components identified in product documentation.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is”. Avalon is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
