How delivery works

How your files arrive depends on where you bought. Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad each email their own receipt containing your download link, sent from that platform — not from Avalon. Korean-language editions are sold through Latpeed, which issues its own order confirmation. Whichever you used, contact [email protected] with that order number and we can verify the purchase. Use the same email address you entered at checkout when contacting support.

File formats

Each product page lists its file formats and basic requirements before purchase. Products are delivered as PDF and EPUB files. Prompt material referenced by a product is published as a web page linked from inside that product rather than as a separate download.

Delivery timing

Access is normally generated immediately after a successful payment. Fraud or payment review may delay delivery. No physical item will be shipped.

Missing or damaged files

Check your spam folder and confirm that the email entered at checkout is correct. If the receipt or download is unavailable, contact [email protected] (or support [at] avaloncompany [dot] ai if the link does not open in your browser) with your order number. We can verify the order and provide replacement access where appropriate.

Updates

A purchase includes the version identified on the product page. Future major versions are not included unless explicitly stated. Corrected files for the purchased version may be provided through updated download access.
