How delivery works

After successful payment, Lemon Squeezy emails an order receipt containing a secure link to access the purchased files. The same order email should be used when contacting support.

File formats

Each product page lists its file formats and basic requirements before purchase. Products may include PDF, ZIP, Markdown, JSON, HTML, CSS and JavaScript files.

Delivery timing

Access is normally generated immediately after a successful payment. Fraud or payment review may delay delivery. No physical item will be shipped.

Missing or damaged files

Check your spam folder and confirm that the email entered at checkout is correct. If the receipt or download is unavailable, contact [email protected] with your order number. We can verify the order and provide replacement access where appropriate.

Updates

A purchase includes the version identified on the product page. Future major versions are not included unless explicitly stated. Corrected files for the purchased version may be provided through updated download access.
